Taste of the West Awards 2011
In our first year of operation we were fortunate enough win six honours in the Taste of the West Awards. The winning products were:
Goose Confit Cooked in Perry (Gold), Hereford Beef Pastrami (Gold), Goose Magret (Silver), Gloucester Cure back Bacon (Silver), Piccante Chorizo (Silver) and Gloucester Black Pudding (Bronze)
The Old Workshop
After a long haul we have finally converted the barn at the Old Workshop to include two new maturing rooms rooms. These are already brimming with new products to come online in 2012!
The Charcuterie Shack – opening January 12th 2012
For all the customers who passed by wanting to buy from us direct, and couldn’t, you will now be able to. We will be setting up a small retail facility just outside The Old Workshop in the Coinros carpark for customers to pop by and pick up a few goodies. The ‘Charcuterie Shack’ will bear a selection of our products and be open during weekdays. Please come along to see what we have. They will be a selection from our usual range, some weekly specials and tastings.
